Unfinished: Scorpio-Nightby *Woodland-Mel

I was trying to work on something else today- but I found this old file and was all, "I wish I had finished it.. Ah well. I still want to upload it." Last time I touched it was in 2008.

I'll finish one day if my arms get better. (I actually started it YEARS before; so it's an FYI that giving up on a piece is not normal for me.)

This was more of what the final colors would have looked like. I would have changed the glowing blobs into more delicate fairies, like in the fountain piece I did.

Malon and Epona from Nintendo's Legend of Zelda

Colors are not canon because, honestly, I could give a shit. I just pick a pallet that I like... (And I really liked the colors and look of TP Epona before they changed her.)

There are a few older versions of this in scraps. I'm also uploading the version without the night color overlay.

Unfinished or not, this is still gorgeous and one of my favorite Zelda fanarts out there. ;3; I love the painting style, and as weird as it sounds to say it, the way you drew Malon's leg. I also reeeeally like Epona's face, there's just something really calm about it.

It's hard to pick which version of this picture I like better--the night or day. They're both so lovely. I'll pick this one just because I love the way you painted the lantern glow on Malon. (That hint of a smile on Epona's face is just wonderful, too!)
